1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of AMC MCQ Recall. By creating an account or using the website, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Educational Disclaimer. If you do not agree, you must not use the website.

2. Educational service

AMC MCQ Recall provides recall-based practice questions, explanations, learning points, references, performance tracking, and related examination-preparation resources. The website is an independent educational service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by, or sponsored by the Australian Medical Council.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these terms. You agree to provide accurate account information, maintain the confidentiality of your password, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.

Each account is intended for one individual user. You must not sell, transfer, share, lend, or provide another person with access to your account. We may use session and device controls to protect accounts and enforce this requirement.

4. Free access

Eligible users may receive access to up to 300 free questions for 12 months from account creation, subject to the access rules displayed on the website. Free access has no cash value, is personal to the account holder, and cannot be transferred between accounts.

5. Paid services

Online payments are not currently enabled. Before paid plans are launched, these terms will be updated with applicable prices, billing periods, activation rules, cancellation terms, refund arrangements, and payment-provider information.

6. Permitted use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access the website and use its content for your own lawful examination preparation. This permission does not transfer ownership of any website content or intellectual property.

7. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • Share, sell, transfer, or commercially exploit an account.
  • Copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, resell, scrape, download in bulk, or create a competing question bank from website content without written permission.
  • Circumvent question limits, authentication, payment controls, device restrictions, or other security measures.
  • Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or data-extraction systems to access or collect website content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to another account, database, server, or administrative function.
  • Upload, submit, request, or distribute confidential or unlawfully obtained examination material.
  • Interfere with website performance, security, availability, or the experience of other users.
  • Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or abusive purposes.

8. Examination integrity

You remain responsible for complying with examination rules, candidate agreements, confidentiality requirements, and professional obligations. You must not use the website to obtain, share, reconstruct, or distribute protected examination content in breach of those obligations.

9. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, original questions, explanations, learning points, tables, graphics, software, and branding are owned by or licensed to AMC MCQ Recall and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-party names, guidelines, publications, trademarks, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement or transfer of ownership.

10. Accuracy and examination outcomes

We aim to provide useful, carefully reviewed educational content, but we do not guarantee that all material is complete, current, accurate, or error-free. You should verify important information against current authoritative guidelines.

We do not guarantee examination success, a particular score, registration, employment, or any professional outcome.

11. Availability and changes

We may correct, update, replace, restrict, or remove content and features when reasonably necessary. Website access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, security events, provider outages, or circumstances beyond our control.

12. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe an account has been shared, compromised, used unlawfully, used to copy content, or operated in breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we may request information needed to investigate or restore access.

13. Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AMC MCQ Recall is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on educational content, examination results, interrupted availability, third-party services, unauthorised account access, or use of the website contrary to these terms.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights, guarantees, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service, access model, payment arrangements, or applicable requirements change. The revised date will appear at the top of this page. Material changes should be communicated through the website where reasonably practical.

15. Contact and governing terms

Dedicated contact information and the applicable business jurisdiction will be added before paid services are launched. Mandatory rights under applicable consumer and privacy laws continue to apply.

By continuing to use AMC MCQ Recall, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Use.
